How to adjust vibration amplitude of vibrating screen?
Please adjust the vibration amplitude strictly as the following steps.
- Turn off the power.
- Remove the cover of vibration exciter.
- Rotate the outmost one within each pair of balance weight on the shaft of vibration exciter to change the vibration force produced by vibration exciter.
- Put the balance weights on the location of maximum vibration force of same percentage, then locking the eccentric blocks.
In summary, increasing the amplitude is helpful to enlarge the capacity; decreasing the amplitude is helpful to improve the service life of screen mesh and bearing of vibration exciter.
