Which kinds of factors affect the capacity of Sand Making Machine?
In the actual production, there are many factors to affect the capacity of sand making machine, such as the material hardness, material humidity, finished sand fineness, equipment maintenance and quality etc. Please see the following detailed factors:
1)Different Crushing Material
Different material has some difference in hardness, viscosity and humidity. These difference affects the real capacity of sand making machine. Details are as follows:
- Material Viscosity. When the material viscosity is higher, it is easier to be adhered. The viscous material will adhere to the inwall of crushing chamber. If it is not cleaned up in time, it will seriously affect the sand making machine working efficiency, even affect the sand making machine normal work. So when selecting a material, the material viscosity can’t be too high.
- Material Composition. If the material contains too much fine powder, it will affect the sand making, because the fine powder is easy to adhere and affect the conveying. So for the material containing too much fine powder, it should be pre-screened in advance to make the sand making machine normal working.
- Material Humidity. If the material has high water content, it is easy to adhere when the material is crushed and it is also easy to be blocked when the mateiral is conveyed, finally affect the sand making machine capacity.
- Material Hardness. The material is harder, the sand making is more difficult. And the machine abrasion is more serious. So for the harder material, the sand making capacity is smaller.
2）Different Finished Product Sand Fineness
The finished product sand fineness is more fine, the sand making capacity is smaller.
